Project Overview
PawsGo is an app that helps dog owners find reliable dog walkers, book walks, track them in real time, make secure payments, and communicate directly via integrated profiles and chats.
Object Background
In increasingly busy cities, PawsGo responds to the need for reliable pet care. Busy people—professionals, students, and travelers—are looking for more than just a walk: they want trusting relationships with those who understand that dogs are family. The platform transcends the transaction and prioritizes animal welfare and human peace of mind with rigorous verification, real-time tracking, and ongoing support.
Problem
Delegating care causes anxiety and insecurity. Lack of transparency about the walker’s experience and cumbersome search and verification processes reduce trust. Written reviews are not enough, and limited technological integration prevents real-time validation that the service delivers what it promises.
Solution
Triple verification system (identity, experience/affinity) and transparent profiles; quick bookings with secure payments; active GPS with live tracking and “care log” (route, photos, events); integrated chat and notifications; community with ambassadors and categorized reviews; proactive support and recurring bookings. Result: premium pet care, more opportunities for caregivers, and peace of mind for owners.

Design Process
By focusing on users at every step, from understanding their needs to testing prototypes, we have created a reliable, comfortable, and easy user experience.

PawsGo User Persona

Jobs to be Done
The next step is to understand the customer’s specific objective using the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework: identifying the “task” for which the user contracts our product in order to achieve the progress they seek.

User Flow
We mapped the user flow of PawsGo, from opening the app to booking and paying, to identify where friction occurred. This allowed us to optimize key steps such as registration, login, searching and filtering for dog walkers, viewing profiles and availability, booking, secure payment, and confirmation.
Ideation

Low Fidelity
We organize information architecture with users in mind, creating initial designs that keep navigation simple and intuitive.

Branding

Design System
We created a design system that met user needs by creating a simple and welcoming experience. Clear typography, pleasant colors, and consistent elements ensured intuitive and unambiguous navigation across all our products.

High Fidelity
We use images that are easy to interact with, natural tones, and a minimalist interface to create a welcoming, community-oriented experience. Each screen highlights key values such as diversity, accessibility, and connection through clean visuals and clear messaging.
